EuroCDP is launching a Europewide call for industry professionals, technical experts, senior executives, founders, investment partners and experienced practitioners who want to help shape the next
generation of European IC[1] design startups.
We are building a strong and diverse pool of mentors, experts, and keynote speakers to support the first cohort of our European semiconductor design
innovation program. Whether you have a background in deep tech, IC design, entrepreneurship, or industry leadership, we invite you to be part of this initiative.
[1] IC design includes circuit design in various process
technologies, including electronics, power, photonics, MEMS, quantum and others.

What roles are we looking for?
Candidates may choose one or multiple roles depending on interest and profile.
Experts
Experts evaluate startup
applications in specific technical or
business domains. This includes
reviewing proposals during defined
evaluation windows.
Mentors
Mentors offer targeted one-to-one support to startups, helping them navigate challenges in design,
business strategy, technology choices, or market approaches.
Keynote Speakers
They prepare and deliver structured sessions during the bootcamp and support program. They can
contribute as lecturers,
moderators, or specialized
facilitators.
Who should apply?
We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds such as:
Proven deep tech or
semiconductor/IC founders
Senior executives with deep knowledge of semiconductor
dynamics: supply chains,
customer requirements, strategic partnerships
Investment professionals
(VC, CVC) with decision making experience
Product Manager, skilled in turning technology into market-valuable products
Professionals with strong expertise relevant to IC design, design tools,
architecture, validation,
industrialization, DFT, packaging
Industry analysts
(both semiconductor and end markets)
IP Expert in IP
protection, patent strategy, and
freedom‑to‑operate
for deep tech innovations
CFO/Financial Strategy expert in runway management, and fundraising strategies for deep‑tech startups
Marketing and business strategy experts

You will be able to indicate which role(s) you are available for and provide details about your expertise.
Timeline
The call will remain continuously open, as we will
onboard candidates throughout the program.
Still, early applicants will be prioritized to support the upcoming cohort, sessions and expert evaluation rounds.
Compensation
All mentors, experts, and trainers will receive
a financial compensation in accordance to
EU-funding rules.
